Gwangju, just a two to three-hour journey from Seoul, proudly holds the title of South Korea's first UNESCO Media Art Creative City, established in 2014. G-Map serves as a dynamic, state-run venue dedicated to international digital art exhibitions, educational initiatives, and cultural exchanges. For more information, you can visit http://gmap.gwangju.go.kr and https://www.instagram.com/gmap.kr.
The exhibition aims to bridge the often-overlooked gap between graphic design and digital art. It features talented artists and designers who are redefining the boundaries of digital painting, photography, and interactive media.
